The agency group who reps Byron Leftwich is reporting that the QB has suffered a torn MCL in tonight's game. At this point, there's no news about the severity of the injury. MCL tears can range from a 2 to 6+ weeks on the sideline so it certainly looks like the Steelers will be going in to week one with a Charlie Batch and Dennis Dixon combo at QB. The team may even have to sign another emergency QB.
